OVERVIEW
In this foundational 4 days retreat we focus on your love and the strengths of your relationship. We teach you how much personality controls our behaviors and we use one of the world’s most used personality tools, Myers Briggs Type Indicator so that you both as an individual and as a couple get a greater understanding of yourself and you as a couple. We examine your goals and dreams and help you concretize what is important to you right now in your lifes. You will also have the possibility to talk about important questions in a relationship and your feelings toward each other.
Couples retreats are a great opportunity to restore your relationship while having a unique romantic getaway without the hustle and bustle of your daily life. The retreat is your chance to take time away from work, kids, and daily chores. To look inward and focus on yourself and each other.
Our methods are based on research and are used worldwide in leadership development and coaching. Among other things, we go through the well-founded Gottman theory, which shows 7 important components in a successful relationship.
The couple retreat’s group size varies from 12 to 20 couples BUT for your privacy and integrity, we will only use the group when we have lectures, joint reviews of instructions and theories for exercises. The group is there as support and a reminder that we are on a joint journey together. All exercises will take place only between you and your partner. You share as much or as little as you want with the other couples.
Before coming to the retreat, your facilitator will gather information about your relationship through a structured interview (digital), at the same time helping you to recognize and clarify your couples retreat goals.
